The room looked clean and nice when we Arrived, but quickly we saw that it wasn't. Someone had use the bathroom, there were hairs in the sink like someone had shaved and the bide was sticky from whatever had happen to it.
The floor is all carpet and it hasn't been deep cleaned for years, we spent the night sneezing from the dust.
The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok.
I would give it a higher score but the cleaning for me is the most important thing I look for in a hotel.
Clean rooms but no WI Fi working there.Only in confrence room there was warking wifi.Great and helpful staff is the best of this hotel.Breakfast is ok with great verity ( scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, fruits, cereals ECT) BUT we stayed for 3 days and the lunch&diner menu was very very poor( almost not eatable)!!!!.3 times we got the same dishes, burata for vege, burgers ( looked like from lidl) and chicken breast ( looked like from microwave) for other.Even after complaining to reception staff there was no change, we still got the same chicken.I think the chef was on vacation so the lidl option was needed:(So if you was to sleep I recommend, for lunch or dinner-not recommended at all!!
Location is excellent close to the autostrada and lake Varese. However room amenities are very basic, no hot water kettle, no toiletries, no cupboards. Beds are comfortable though. Breakfast is good and service is good.
We stayed here for 3 nights last week and everything was very good. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean, ours had a private parking right in front of the door. Breakfast was also awesome! It had plenty of choices. We also wanted to try to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant, but in our opinion there was too little choice and it was a bit too expensive. I also think they should definitely add a swimming pool, since there is a vast free area outside :)
I would surely come back!
The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are really up to date, equipped with really good air conditioning.
The hotel is in a really good location with a nice spot to sit in the evening and eat or drink good wine.
Unfortunately, the food provided by the restaurant is really bad and not what we expected.
We paid 23 Euros for salmon with salad, which was completely dry without any sauces, oils or something, like this. It looked like it wasnt made by professional chefs.
They forgot feta in our salad and it was not fresh as well (16€)
The bathroom had hair and dirt laying on the floor.
Bad value for money- the breakfast was very lacking with vegetables and bread a few days old. There was no ventilation in the rooms, and very little privacy. We expected much more and left very disappointed.
